Left part of the heart is presented.
•Valves are thickened with gray-white color, deformed and fused between.
•Chords are shortened and thickened.
•Combined heart defect is formed: both but predominant stenosis and insufficiency of mitral valve.
•Left auricle is strongly dilatated, with hypertrophic myocardium and thickened pale endocardium while left ventricle is small and atrophic.
