  • Highly enlarged prostate and urinary bladder.
  • Two lateral lobes of the gland press and narrow the urethra while the intermediate¬† is protruding into the bladder lumen thus preventing normal urine outflow.
  • The prostate is nodular and hard by consistency.
  • The bladder has a thickened wall and the mucosa shows rough architecture due to hypertrophy of its muscle wall.
