Papillary cystadenoma of the ovary
- Presented is wall of the cyst, covered with one layer cylindrical epithelium.
- Inside the cyst there are branched three-like papillae consisting of central swollen connective tissue stroma (central core), covered with cubic or cylindrical epithelium.
- Basement membrane is not destroyed
- At some places are found ‘free’ lying transversally cut papillae.
