Malignant lymphoma non Hodgkin type
- Normal structure of the lymph node is effaced by a diffuse monotonous proliferation of atypical lymphoid cells which occupy the sinuses with no lymphoid follicle formations.
- Hyperchromatic tumor cells infiltrate the lymph node capsule and the adjacent fat tissue, that’s why lymph nodes are grouped in packages.
- Irregular mitoses are evident.
- Malignant lymphomas are classified with immunohistochemistry.
