  • Myocardium is hypertrophic. (its thickness at the base of valves is more than 25 mm ).
  • Papillary muscles are massive, round and together with trabecules prominate in the cavity.
  • The outflow tract (the distance between heart apex and aortic valve) is extended.
  • Pathological work hypertrophy in arterial hypertension leads to a decrease in the left ventricule volume – concentrically hypertrophy.
