  • In the upper lung lobes are found large cavities (caverns) with thick fibrous walls and uneven inner surface.
  • One of them is drained by a large bumper.
  • Draining lymph nodes are slightly enlarged with anthracotic pigment.
  • Fibrocavernous tuberculosis is one of the forms (phases) of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis.
