•In the lesser gastric curvature is seen ulceration with  irregular, oval shape, elevated, dense and well discernible edges.
•In depth, the defect has funneled shape and ends with perforate opening
•On one side mucosal lining is torn, and on the other the lining is ‘stepped’-like structured.
