- Tumor parenchyma is composed of starry-like cells, resembling the normal astrocytes.
- Cells correlate with each other with multiple cell projections and form characteristic net structure.
- The stroma is rich of blood vessels.
- Tumor infiltrates the adjacent brain tissue.
